About the Role:
We are looking for energetic candidates who can provide Customer Support of DigiGO, Sheba's HR and business management platform. You will be responsible for attending to customer feedback, resolving support queries, and guiding newly onboarded users to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping people, a quick learner, and eager to build a career in customer service within the tech space.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for DigiGO users via WhatsApp and email.

2. Assist newly onboarded users with product setup and usage guidance.

3. Respond to support queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.

4. Collect and organize user feedback and suggestions.

5. Maintain accurate and timely records of all support communications.

6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast resolution of user issues.

7. Contribute to creating help guides, FAQ documents, and support content.

8. Ensure a professional, friendly, and responsive support experience for all clients.

Requirements:
1. Fresh graduates from any discipline (Business, Marketing, IT preferred).
Customer service experienced candidates will get preference.
2. Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English (verbal & written).
3. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn software platforms.
4. Comfortable using WhatsApp and email for professional communication.
5. Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
7. willingly to work in roster basis.
