The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, sales, and client engagement within the ITES, Telecom, or FinTech industries.
The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills to manage key enterprise clients and drive business success.
Salary & Benefits:
💰 Salary Range: BDT 50,000–60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to drive revenue.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans aligned with client goals and company objectives.
- Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact to address client concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track client account performance and ensure delivery of promised outcomes.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to meet client needs.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and forecasts.
