Sheba Platform Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Operation Coordinator (Enterprise Business) to oversee daily field operations, manage teams, and optimize processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills to ensure smooth execution of field activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

 

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary Range: BDT 50,000–60,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise daily field operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead field teams to meet performance goals.

- Process Optimization: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity.

- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including equipment and personnel.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate team and operational performance.

- Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and provide on-ground solutions promptly.

- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all field activities adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulations.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools and software for tracking and reporting operations.

 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in Field Operations, Distribution Supervision, or Logistics within ITES, FinTech, Telecom, or Marketing Agency industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software, and field tracking tools.
