Description

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

-Make outbound/PD calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

-Follow up on leads and generate new sales opportunities.

-Conduct cold calls to expand the customer base.

-Duty 7 hours

 

Sales Process:

-Explain product features and benefits to customers.

-Use persuasive sales techniques to close deals.

-Process orders/subscriptions and ensure accurate data entry.

-Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.

 

Data Management: 

-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

-Update customer information in the database/sheet.

-Track sales performance and provide reports as needed.

 

Product Knowledge: 

-Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.

-Stay updated on product updates and new offerings.

-Adherence to Scripts and Procedures: 

-Maintain a professional and friendly telephone manner.

 

Qualifications:

-Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

-Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

-Basic computer skills.

-Ability to learn product information quickly.

 

Education: 

-High school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary

Basic 6,000+ Variable 3,000= 9,000 BDT with Incentive earn upto 15,000 BDT

Based on your performance & Job Tenure this salary can rise up to 52,000 BDT as a Call center Agent.
